  143. Erin on January 21st, 2009 8:45 pm

I love the Pink one with the “H” on it and the bright flowers. I love that a super hero cape can be both feminine and fun. I would would give one to my daughter and the other to my son and let their imagination go wild. Also wouldn’t this be a great gift for some child fighting illness, just a thought. Thanks for the link.

  144. Kaye on January 21st, 2009 8:46 pm

I have two of the cutest grandsons(isn’t that what all Grandmas say) that would just love these. They watch home movies of their Uncle wearing homemade capes when he was the same age.It would be awesome for “Nammy” to give them some. I love the Dot Dot Green. The boys are C and G. Thanks, this is so fun!

  145. niki on January 21st, 2009 9:07 pm

love all them…..they are so bright and colorful. i have two boys—the oldest is almost 7 and the youngest is 3 1/2. they would love them as they are always dressing up in costumes. the oldest would want red with F on it while the youngest would love a yellow one with a G on it. red and yelllow are their favorite colors so they wouldn’t mind what was on the underside.

  146. Rika Toll on January 21st, 2009 9:30 pm

H and C were born on the same day one year apart. :) They love playing together and would be great super heros as they save their little sisters from danger! :)

His little sister would have to have one for her pink persona as well. They are quite a pair. Thanks for sharing this incredible company!!!!

If I won, one cape would go to my daughter and the other to her partner in preemie crime-fighting, Dashiell. Lennon and Dashiell were both born at 31 weeks and spent a month in adjoining isolettes, then cribs in the special care nursery. Now they just play together when they can and amaze people with their superb growth and development!

I found this through a friend and have been trying to find a special way to recognize a great family in our community. One of their twin daughters was in the hospital after an onset of seizures. She is now back home after 1 year in the hospital, but could sure use a cape to show off how ’super’ she is on her road to recovery. Her twin sis could use one to! I know my girls would love them, but giving these would feel better than receiving! So, with big wishes…violet, H, blooms and stalks and pink, M, kiwi corsage. THANKS!

These are so amazing! I have a son who just turn 5 and a daughter who is 3 1/2. They would flip for these. My daughter, Abagayle, would love the heart with magenta and blooms and stalks. My son, Jackson, would love the pow, with blue and red mini stripes. These would definately get passed down to younger sibling, Lorelei who is 4 months old and cousins.

I would love one cape with the letter “L” for my two year old son and one for his little brother with a “W”. I like the solid red and sold blue capes, although the red ministripes and all the dot dot fabrics caught my eye. One with a pow and the other with a star. It is so hard to choose the color combinations! Thanks for offering up two to the winner. I always thought it would be hard to have a cape for one of my boys and not the other!

My little grandson was 4 when his mother died of a drug overdose. His dad did come and get him, but he barely knew him. It was a long time before he “got it” that his mother wasn’t going to come to pick him up at day school, he loved her so much. He is a smart little guy and seems to have recovered a small amount, but, role play is very important to him. He has a half-brother that is just about his age so they can play with these capes. I had never thought of something like this, but, wow what a prize this would be for him. By the way, his mother loved him a lot too, the drug was just a stronger pull in her life. They would love for them to be black or brown, and the initials D and J. They are 6 and right on for their age. Our grandson is really smart and can do a lot for himself. When his mom was “sick” he, at four could get cereal for himself and so on. This is a wonderful contest for kids who love role playing. Thanks for having great contests. lupinea@aol.com, Sharon Davis.
