Just after my baby was born, my aunt Kim made me the most beautiful gift. A diaper cake. It was so pretty that I didn’t want to take the toys and diapers out of it - we held out for as long as possible and displayed it in my baby’s nursery for a few weeks before I finally gave in and unraveled it to use the diapers.

I’m sure many of you have heard of these diaper cakes before and thought about what a sweet gift it would be for a baby shower. The only thing…they are usually more than $50 to purchase. Luckily, I found a free little tutorial at WikiHow. It gives you the basic steps of what to do and also has helpful pictures and tips. You can also view free YouTube videos with instructions.
