Oreo Spiders
{By Emily ~ October 28, 2008}
Oh, how I love Halloween activities! I have been really enjoying Halloween this year. Last night, my little family and I made these ‘almost-too-cute-to-eat’ Oreo spiders (although we really did eat a lot of them). And while I’m not a fan of spiders in real life (umm, definitely not…eeek!), these ones were a lot of fun. A few oreos, a little frosting, m&m’s, chocolate chips and chocolate Twizzlers did the trick.

We also created a few baby spiders and my husband simply couldn’t resist making the big “daddy spider” (that we lovingly referred to as “Big Bertha”). He’s so creative.

any reason to eat m&m’s…i’m so there! yum!
cute! Did you get to eat any yourself?
Love these! Too cute. They wouldn’t last long at our house, despite the fact that they’re spiders.
Big Bertha reminds me a bit of Aragog (from Harry Potter).
These are really cute, and, I think, easy enough even for me to attempt!
I love your Oreo spiders–so cute, especially with the M&Ms!
Yummy! I love Oreo cookies and these are adorable! Thanks for the idea
Too cute! We just did our grocery shopping this morning. Looks like we’ll have to go back out for Oreos and twizzlers!
Oreos and M&Ms! Sounds like breakfast!
So cute!! And they look like they taste great! I can’t believe I have to wait a whole year to try ‘em out!!
