Creative Craft Project: Fabric Binder Clips

{By Emily ~ January 12, 2009}

Last week I found this fun little craft project from My Favorite Things that will take you only 5 minutes to make! I loved it and couldn’t wait to share this one with you. Isn’t it creative?

Supplies:

  • Fabric, Scissors, Fray Check, Permanent Spray Adhesive, Binder Clips

  1. Gather the supplies.
  2. Trim your fabric with your fancy fabric only scissors.
  3. Use fray check on the fabric edges.
  4. Spray the backside of the fabric with adhesive and adhere to your notebook clips.

Simple as that!

    These are soooo much cuter than the plain black ugly color!!! I luv polka-dots, so mine will have to be “dotty” too. This will liven up my office work :)

    Thanks for Sharing :)

    This is uber cute and perfect for any office masculine or feminine! I love this idea and you can use all sorts of fabric bits instead of trashing them. I bet it looks great when you use the clips as photo frames. You’re such a Craft-Diva!

    This really perks up an otherwise boring desk supply, but I don’t know that I’d have the time to do it. :>

    Love it! I’ve been making paper covered clips for a while and they fly like hot cakes! Never thought of covering them with fabric though - ha!
